Skilled accounting and finance professionals are one of the most sought after segments of today's workforce. Given the high demand, it's no wonder you want to know how much room you have to negotiate salaries and raises in order to leverage your value. Being well-versed on market demand, coupled with the ability to communicate the unique skill set you bring to the table, can not only earn you credibility but perhaps a sizable increase in salary during review time.

Certes Financial Pros specializes in placing financial professionals in project, interim, and permanent positions around the Twin Cities. We have a deep respect for the profession and are passionate about giving back to our community through sponsoring and supporting networking events that strengthen connections between finance and accounting professionals.
